The Training Manager is an operational employee of the company responsible for organizational trainings, compliance, uniforms, and reports directly to the Area Vice President. The Training Manager is responsible for working with the AVP, CSM’s, AM's, and/or Site Supervisors in the branch to develop internal training programs and manage training programs. The Training Manager role is 100% operational. The Training Manager is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.
Performance Metrics: The Training Manager is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld's performance-based business environment:
